Brand builder, amplifier and protector

Summary

Merrick Pearson Casanova
In order to be able to find real success for your company or in your career, your need to understand what makes you, uniquely you. Only then can you shine your brightest.
Growing up in a family of educators, I always wanted to be a teacher. I loved the idea of working with kids and helping them to discover their talents and become the best "them" they could be. Also, working in a family of educators, I was encouraged to be anything BUT a teacher. So I tapped into my other interest - knowing what makes people tick - and I went into marketing and advertising.

Over the past 20+ years I have helped my clients clearly define and understand their target markets, understand their unique differentiators, and go to market in a way that will achieve their organizational goals. I am currently the Marketing Director for LAK Group, an organizational consulting firm that provides outplacement, talent management, leadership development and career coaching services. We help transform careers, cultures and organizations.

In addition, I am putting all my experience to work in a very rewarding way that ties back to my education aspirations. I work with our clients who have been displaced from their jobs, remind them of their wonderful and unique talents, and help them become the best "them" they can become. With the goal of having them be able to write themselves into their careers in the way THEY want.
